Overview
This event will require each site to speak for approximately 2 minutes about what they are working on currently to improve the experience and outcomes for older people in their organisations. Measurement will focus on outcome, process and balancing data. There will be a session on sustainability of your project and how you can access our experience based design tool. High performing teams will look at the benefits of team based working, there will be a peer support session that will drive discussion to look at professional issues and debate in groups and lastly Professor Simon Conroy will give a brief reminder of what has been learnt throughout the day. Each site has 8 places at this event.
